Static CannonMartial Ranged Weapons
This energy weapon generates a charge as you move with it, then fires a beam of electrons. When first drawn, it has no charge. While you are wielding it, it generates one charge at the end of your turn if you moved at least 20 feet from your starting point, and an additional charge if you took the Dash action to move at least an extra 20 feet. The static cannon holds a maximum of four charges. When you attack with the weapon, all charges are expended. A hit deals 1d8 lightning damage plus 1d8 damage per charge.
