Star Platinum's Hat (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, Legendary (requires attunement) A plain black cap with two gold pins. The back of the hat has been blown out. It once belonged to the famed stand user Jotaro Kujo and contains the power of his stand: Star Platinum. This hat has 3 charges and regains 1d4-1 charges each dawn. ORA ORA ORA! As an action, you expend 1 charge and select a target up to 5 feet away. The ghostly visage of Star Platinum comes from the hat and delivers a hellish amount of blows to the target. The target must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 6d8 bludgeoning damage and are pushed 10 feet away from you. On a successful save they take half damage and aren't pushed. Star Finger! As part of an attack action, you expend 1 charge and point toward a target up to 10 feet away. Star Platinum's visage extends its middle and index fingers to stab the target in the eye. The target must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 3d8 magical piercing damage and is blinded until the end of your next turn. On a successful save they take half damage and aren't blinded. Star Platinum: Za Warudo! As a bonus action, you expend 3 charges, bringing forth Star Platinum's ultimate ability—The World—which stops time until the end of your next turn. During stopped time, every creature in this plane of existence (aside from you) is paralyzed and unaware of the passage of time.
