This is a black staff with a large white crystal at the top. If you look closely, it seems to have a magical eye within. There are very few crystals left. They are extremely rare and only Belial himself can make more.
Intensify. While attuned to this staff, damage rolls of magic attacks you make are done so with an additional damage die, and also deal an extra 10 damage of the type that is appropriate to the spell.
