Staff, very rare (requires attunement) This staff is a strong source of joy and spirit. It makes anyone around the one attuned to it for 40 feet happier, thus easier to convince of things or to become an ally. Also, this staff can turn any terrain into a "winter wonderland" for 4 turns, if any adverse effects come from that, the bearer is unaffected.
