One golden Shuriken that can split into two golden shurikens that were used by the first spinjitzu Master to create ninjago +3 to attacks and damage. As a free action you can return your shurikens to you hand

Ice to meet you Once thrown what ever the Shurikens hit become incased in ice until you valve then back. Enemies must make a DC 18 dex save to avoid being frozen on a fail they take 3d10 cold damage for the next two rounds and their movements are halved

Absolute zero as a full turn action, your shurikens twirl in the palm of your hand before firing a beam of cold energy at everything in a 50ft cone. Every creature in that area must make a DC 20 con save or be frozen in place, Taking 10d8 cold damage and having their movement speed reduced to zero for two rounds
