Weapon (scythe), very rare (requires attunement)

A rather ornate scythe, with a head on each end. The swirling silver leads into the back end of each head, both featuring sparkling sapphires.

This scythe has the double weapon (2d4) property, and deals an extra 1d4 cold damage on a hit.

Additionally, when you make an attack with this weapon, it begins to leave a trail of energy. An afterimage of the scythe appears in every space you've occupied since you made this attack, disappearing at the start of your next turn. When a creature enters the space of one of these afterimages, they take 2d4 cold damage.
