This medical scalpel's clean appearance bellies any murderous intent behind it. Its tiny blade is designed for precision, and rewards a wielder knowledgeable of anatomy.
Special. If you are proficient in Medicine and you attack a humanoid or beast, for that attack you can add your Intelligence modifier to the attack and damage roll with this weapon, instead of your Strength modifier.
Unassuming. An unassuming weapon can be brought through areas where conventional weapons are forbidden, such as through the guarded entrance of a city.
