Replacement Body (Shinobi World Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous Item (Shinobi-Ware), Rare (requires attunement) Developed during the New Era, Shinobi-Ware implants directly succeeded shinobi gauntlets, trading off variety of uses with ease of usage. After attuning to this item, you and any other creatures that spent the same Short Rest assisting you, during which they can not attune to any other magic items, must attempt a DC 18 Intelligence (Medicine) check. If any check succeeds, you attune to this item. If all checks are a failure, the implantation fails and you gain 1 level of exhaustion. After implanting this item once, you can attune and unattune to this item normally. In attuning to a replacement body, you insert a Shinobi-Ware chip directly into your brain that perfectly records your chakra signature, biological makeup, and thought patterns. If you or a creature you allow removes this chip, you die instantly, but any shadow clones do not. When this chip is inserted into the replacement body, which naturally looks like a blank, gray humanoid, it shapes into you over the course of 24 hours, after which you are resurrected as per true resurrection. If a creature succeeds a DC 30 Intelligence (Arcana) check while holding this chip, they learn of your override command. As an action for 6 chakra while within 30 feet of you, they may cause you to become unconcious for up to 1 minute (concentration). |
