This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) class and Adventurer (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Ki. Puar has 4 ki points which he can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Shapechange. At the cost of 2 Ki Points Puar can perform the Shapechange spell without any of the materials and as if he was a 9th Level Wizard.
ACTIONS
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 (1d4 - 1) force damage.

In another timeline, Puar never met the Pilaf Gang, but was still a desert bandit along with his best friend, the Desert Bandit Yamcha. Eventually, they met the genius girl Bulma, the Martial Artist Goku, his ex-classmate Oolong, the turtle hermit Roshi, and a girl named Pansy, whom he helped free the land from the evil King Gurumes. On his journey, he fought alongside these friends against Gurumes and his forces.
