A large harness which goes around the entire body, with two massive sheaths made for harpoons, with additional room for a sword in each.
This item has a maximum of ten charges, and regains one charge every round. At the start of your turn, you may spend three charges to launch a harpoon at something you can see within 100 feet of yourself. You immediately move straight towards that spot, not provoking opportunity attacks.
