Power Word Testicular Torsion

You utter a word of power that can force a creature within range to have its testicles violently twisted. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a successful save the target takes half as much damage and doesn't gain any aftereffects. On a failed save however, the target gains the following effects:

• The target can no longer reproduce.
• The target is knocked prone.
• The target is paralyzed until the end of its next turn.
• The Strength and Constitution ability scores cannot be increased in non-magical ways anymore, since it won't be able to produce testosterone
• The target takes 6d6 force damage and 6d6 psychic damage

Nothing less than a regenerate spell or stronger magic can undo the effects of power word testicular torsion. If the target doesn't have working testicles or has no testicles at all this spell has no effects.
