1 Square mile of the surrounding area now becomes an entirely different plane of existence. Momentarily overlaying the natural laws of the current plane, with the laws of the plane imposed upon it. There is a 80% chance that creatures native to that same plane appear as well and all will behave as their normal alignments suggest.
This is accompanied by their associated weather and other phenomena. Such as howling gale storms of screams, torrential downpours of boiling blood, radiant daylight with glowing butterflies and intense shifts in gravitation force.
Repeatedly casting this spell everyday for a year, will make it's effects permanent.
