Piano (Dragon Ball Supplement)
Medium humanoid (Namekian), lawful neutral Armor Class 12 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Str +4, Con +5 Ki. Piano has 4 ki point which he can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest. Damage Threshold. Piano has a damage threshold of twice his Strength modifier (4). Slug-Like Structure. Piano does not need to eat food, but still requires water for sustenance, all his limbs but his torso and head have half as much maximum hit points. Enhanced Hearing. Piano can hear all sounds clearly from up to 105 feet away as if he were there and the first time he would be deafened in an encounter, he ignores the condition, he may only do this twice per short or long rest. Sound Menace. Piano can add his intelligence modifier (minimum of 1) to his Intimidation checks. Techniques. Piano has the following for any of his techniques from the Martial Artist Class:
ACTIONSUnarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) Bludgeoning damage. Natural Weapon. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) Slashing or Piercing damage. If this attack hit, Piano can force the target to make a Charisma saving throw DC 12 (8 + his proficiency bonus (2) + his Charisma modifier). On a failure, the target is frightened of him until the end of his next turn. Piano can use this effect two times per long rest. Regenerate Limb. Piano spends any number of hit dice and one of his limbs regains hit points equal to the result, with Piano taking necrotic damage equal to half of that result. Regeneration. Piano spends up to two hit dice to regain hit points equal to the result, losing a ki point or equivalent per hit die rolled. Flight (1 Ki Point). As a bonus action, Piano gains a flying speed equal to his movement speed. Ki Blast (1 Ki Point). Ranged Ki Attack: +2 to hit, range 35 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) force damage. Stand Ground (1+ Ki Point). Piano takes half as much damage from all sources, but can not willingly move until the beginning of his next turn. Piano may use this as a bonus action for 1 additional ki point. King Piccolo! (1 Ki Point). One creature within 30 ft. must attempt a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of their next turn.

An offspring of King Piccolo, Piano is widely regarded as the weakest Namekian. Born with less than even the natural prowess afforded to natural Namekians, his limited might was useful to his father only as an informant, inhabiting his dirigible with relatively unshakable loyalty. |
