This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) class and Adventurer (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Ki. Piano has 4 ki point which he can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

Flight (1 Ki Point). As a bonus action, Piano gains a flying speed equal to his movement speed.

Ki Blast (1 Ki Point). Ranged Ki Attack: +2 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) force damage.

Stand Ground (1+ Ki Point). Piano takes half as much damage from all sources, but can not willingly move until the beginning of his next turn. Piano may use this as a bonus action for 1 additional ki point.

King Piccolo! (1 Ki Point). One creature within 15 ft. must attempt a DC 10 Intelligence or Charisma saving throw or become stunned until the end of their next turn.

An offspring of King Piccolo, Piano is widely regarded as the weakest Namekian. Born with less than even the natural prowess afforded to natural Namekians, his limited might was useful to his father only as an informant, inhabiting his dirigible with relatively unshakable loyalty.
