Perfect Reflection
9th-level Illusion
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (a perfect crystal mirror worth at least 5000 gp)
Duration: 1 hour

Choose a creature you can see within range to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, you create an identical duplicate of that creature in an unoccupied space you can see within range. The duplicate is identical in all aspects, including ability scores, class features, current hit points and spell slots, and worn equipment. It is loyal to you and follows your mental commands.

A willing creature can choose to fail the saving throw made against this spell. If a creature succeeds, the spell fails and the spell slot used to cast this spell is not wasted—however, a successful creature can't be targeted by this spell again for the next 24 hours.

The duplicate and any equipment or sustained effects (such as spells) that belong to the duplicate disappear once the spell ends. Duplicated equipment with consumable or magical properties (such as a spell scroll or potions) only function for the duplicate.

If the duplicate is killed before the spell ends, the mirror used as the material component for this spell shatters and becomes valueless. Likewise, breaking the mirror ends the spell early.
