Weapon (sickle), legendary (requires attunement)

You can expend 1 charge as an to creature a cyclone in a 15 by 15 ft. square centered on the wielder. Life Stealing. Release the bloodlust of the warlock to coat the sickle with layers of blood. You can expend 2 charges to roll a 1d6 to see how many times you can strike with this weapon before the effect stops. Upon striking while this effect is active, you regain 2d8 hit points. You roll an additional 1d8 for every 100 hit points the enemy you're currently striking has.

Dual Wielding. While attuned to both Painful Truth and Hope's End, the charges from both weapons add up to 6.

Additional Info: -All of the weapon's charges are restored at midnight.

-A vile act must be commited once each week for the weapon to remain with its current owner, if this requirement is failed to be met then the weapon will disappear with a loud sinister laugh once the time is up.

-There is a certain scale of events that will happen based on the number of vile acts commited:

[1 Vile act] You start hearing strange voices coming from any dark corner near you.

[2-5 Vile acts] You're constantly tormented by the feeling that something is observing you..and you also feel like if something was crawling on your back constantly....

[5-7 Vile acts] You start hearing strange whispers whenever there's absolute silence.

[7-10 Vile acts] The whispers get louder, but one among them speaks more clear than the others, it tells you to continue killing...

[10-14 Vile acts] The soul of the warlock from whose corpse this weapon was made now speaks to you, he tells you that you must continue killing to unlock great power, and he decides to speak to you now and then...

[14-18 Vile acts] You can expend one of the charges to manifest an aspect of the warlock and ask him for help. He can: reveal something hidden, give advice on something, create a source of light and guide you trough a dark maze or a fortress full of corridors. He will disappear once his task is completed.
