This weapon scores crits on 17's and above Dragon Fly when you reduce a creature to zero hitpoints or crit the target explodes in a fiery inferno dealing 2d10 fire damage to enemies within 10ft of them. creatures reduced to zero hitpoints by dragonfly does not trigger the meganera effect Meganera each successful attack roll adds an extra d10 to the dragon fly effect this cumulates until dragon fly is activated then it resets. this effect stacks upto 4d10 of fire damage
