Eyes Like Stars [General, Racial, Fighter Bonus]

You can cause your eyes to glow like stars.

Prerequisite: Eyes Like Embers, Kobold blood.

Benefit: By taking a standard action you increase the glow of your eyes to that everyone within 5 feet x your Charisma modifier is subjected to your gaze attack. Any creature within range must succeed on a Will save (DC 10 + ½ your character level + your Cha modifier) or suffer a –2 penalty to attack and damage rolls against any target within the area of effect.

Special: A kobold fighter may select Eyes Like Embers as one of his fighter bonus feats.
