A small-sized low-maintenance starship lightly armored with an MandalMotors Durasteel alloy and intended for very long-distance travel across the stars. It is perfect for trailblazing explorers and other adventurers. It has 12 cabins which can fit 1 Medium creature or one Large creature, each of which provide about as much comfort and amenities as a reasonably-priced hotel room. Twice as many creatures can fit in a cabin, but it will feel cramped. In an atmosphere, which includes most planetary environments, the starship can fly at the speed of sound. In the vacuum of space, the starship can engage its hyperdrive to fly at the incredible speed of 100 light-years per hour - enough to cross a typical galaxy in only eight hours. Although it is primarily intended to be a cargo ship, and able to carry up to 20 tons of cargo, it has been repurposed for military use by the Mandalorian Vhala Farr. Unlike a normal Kom’rk Class Fighter, the Night’s Sky is modified so its wings won’t rotate around it, or rotate up to land. It is armed with a pair of light laser cannons to deter pirates and other threats that might be encountered in space, it also boasts two weapon bays to hold missiles. A life support system provides a livable environment within the ship, providing a moderate temperature and breathable air to its passengers. An artificial gravity generator provides a semblance of normal gravity within the ship, preventing the logistical and health problems, not to mention disorientation that normally comes with zero gravity.
The Night’s Sky is equipped with two astromech droids that are located around the hyperdrive, where they can travel to the hull of the ship to make repairs. In addition to the 12 cabins and cockpit, there is a large loading bay in the lower part of the ship, a large lounge area which also serves as the mess hall, a small storage bay, a brig able to hold two medium creatures, a communications room complete with a holotable and a medical bay.
