This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) class and Adventurer (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Armor Class 14 (Natural Armor)
Hit Points 39 (6d8 + 12)
Speed 55 ft.
Saving Throws Str +5, Con +5 Skills Acrobatics +5, Arcana +3, Athletics +5, Medicine +6, Nature +3, Perception +6, Survival +6
Senses passive Perception 16
Languages Common
Challenge 6 (2,300 XP)
Ki. The Expert has 13 ki points which they can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Damage Threshold. The Expert has a damage threshold of 4.
Focused Ki Control. As long as the Expert has half their maximum ki points (6) or higher they gain the following:
- +1 to initiative rolls
- +1 to Armor Class
- A damage reduction of 1
Human Determination. Once per long rest, the Expert makes a d20 roll with advantage, or forces a creature to make a d20 roll incurred by them at disadvantage.
ACTIONS
Multiattack. the Expert makes two attacks with their unarmed strikes.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) force damage.

REACTIONS
Deflect Missile. When the Expert is hit by a ranged attack, they may reduce its damage by 13 (1d10 + 8). If this reduces it to 0, he may make an unarmed strike with a range of 20/60 feet.
