Weapon (Power Scythe), legendary (requires attunement)

The Manreaper is a weapon of pure suffering it does not promise a quick death. It was once a normal power scythe, but has been seeped in disgusting juices of the most virulent plagues and indescribable filth of a thousand realms, these are only given to the most fervent followers of dark gods.

Filth-Soaked blade. This is a pretty sick blade, I'll see myself out. On a hit, this +3 power scythe deals an additional 3d8 acid damage.

Harbinger of Plague The blade has been covered in the most virulent diseases known to life. enemies hit by the weapon become poisoned and poisoned enemies gain vulnerability to poison and acid damage

Rot-Wood Handle The wood used in the handle is magically conductive, allowing this weapon to be used as an arcane focus or holy symbol

Filth Powered The power source for the weapon is pure entropy, remove the reload property, it always counts as "loaded"
