Components: | V, S, M (a bottle of air) |
Duration: | Concentration, up to 1 minute |
A line of gentle breeze 60 feet long and 5 feet wide blasts from you in a direction you choose for the spell's duration. This spell can lift a Small glider and provide enough breeze to have it move up to 30 feet relative to the wind; a Medium glider requires two casts of this spell to do this; a Large family glider requires three casts of this spell to move it this way. Lofting breeze is also enough to move a small sailboat up to 15 feet long at a speed of 15 feet, or add 5 feet to the speed of a ship.
A lofting breeze is not directed enough to extinguish lanterns candles or torches, or knock creatures prone, however it can be used to blow loose paper around, or clear fog, mist or gas.
