Shapechanger. The grandmaster can use its action to polymorph into a hawk, panther, polar bear, dragon, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Pounce (Panther Form Only). If the grandmaster moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the grandmaster can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

Flyby (Hawk Form Only). The grandmaster doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Bear Hug (Polar Bear Form Only). The grandmaster has advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to initiate a grapple.

Innate Spellcasting (Humanoid Form Only). The grandmaster's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). The grandmaster can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: water walk, detect magic
2/day each: flame jump, misty step
1/day each: ice storm, wall of ice

Master of the Clan. If the grandmaster reaches 50 or fewer hit points he gains advantage on all rolls.

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

Claws (Panther or Hawk Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 1) slashing damage, plus 5 (1d10) slashing damage if in combat frenzy.

Bite (Dragon, Panther, or Polar Bear Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, plus 5 (1d10) slashing damage if in combat frenzy.

Elemental Attack (Recharge 6). The grandmaster uses one of the following elemental attacks:

Roaring Flames (Dragon or Panther Form Only). The grandmaster emits a 30-foot line of fire that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in this line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12 (3d8) fire damage and if it is Medium or smaller it is pushed up to 10 feet away from the grandmaster and knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't pushed or knocked prone.

Frost Breath (Polar Bear Form Only). The grandmaster emits a 30-foot line of frost that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in this line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12 (3d8) cold damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute, unless it is immune to cold damage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature killed by this attack becomes a frozen statue until it thaws.

BONUS ACTIONS

Animality (Dragon, Panther, or Polar Bear Form Only). When the grandmaster reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack on its turn, the grandmaster moves up to half its speed, recharges and uses its bite attack.

Dragon Medallion. The grandmaster uses his dragon medallion to make one of the following bonus actions:

Donkey Kick (3/Day, Humanoid Form Only). The grandmaster adds 1d10 bludgeoning damage to its next attack and damage roll with its unarmed strike and the target is pushed back 10 feet.
Stand Ground (2/Day, Bear Form Only). The grandmaster takes half as much damage from all sources, but can not willingly move until the beginning of his next turn.
Combat Frenzy (1/Day, Panther Form Only). The grandmaster enters a combat frenzy for 1 minute. While in a combat frenzy, a creature that touches the grandmaster or hits it with a melee attack takes 5 (1d10) slashing damage. Additionally, when the grandmaster hits with a weapon attack, the attack deals an extra 5 (1d10) slashing damage (included in the attack).

REACTIONS

Animal Instincts (3/Day). When the grandmaster takes damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of it, it can make a melee weapon attack against that creature.

The Lin Kuei Grandmaster is the leader of the Lin Kuei clan and the mastermind behind the Lin Kuei Cyber Initiative.

Master of the Clan. Oniro's skills in hand-to-hand combat were far above the rest of his clanmates even before his rise to Grandmaster status. Now, as leader of the clan, there is not a single ninja willing to oppose him directly, knowing full well his capabilities in combat.

Dragon Medallion. Not only serving as the symbol of the clans' leadership, the Dragon Medallion is also believed to enhance the abilities of those who possess it. In the hands of Grandmaster Oniro, the medallion granted incredible strength to the grandmaster while in his various animal transformations.

Animality. Lin Kuei Grandmaster Oniro, aside from gaining mastery over the elements, is also well versed in the shapeshifting arts, as he is able to shift between human, hawk, panther, polar bear and even dragon forms with ease, making him an incredibly deadly and versatile opponent.
