Innate Spellcasting. The cryomancer's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). The cryomancer can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: icy weapon
2/day each: floor of ice, ice bolt
1/day each: ice storm

Resilience. If damage reduces the cryomancer to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is from a critical hit. On a success, the cryomancer drops to 1 hit point instead.

ACTIONS

Fists. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) cold damage.

Freeze (Recharge 6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d6) cold damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute, unless it is immune to cold damage. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature killed by this attack becomes a frozen statue until it thaws.

BONUS ACTIONS

Finish Him! When the cryomancer reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack on its turn, the cryomancer moves up to half its speed and makes one melee attack or recharges and uses its Freeze attack.
