You conjure a beam of pure light and throw it at a creature within range. They must make a Constitution saving throw. On a successful save, nothing happens. On a failed save, they take 1d4 radiant damage and are blinded until the start of your next turn.

The spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
