Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)
A small glass token painted to resemble an eye. Can be affixed to your forehead. While worn, you may roll 1d6 whenever you make a spell attack; on a 6, the eye casts the spell a second time, reusing your rolls. This doesn't require material components, but consumes spell slots as normal.
