Staff, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster) Made to aid imperial archmages in battle, these instruments of war help in directing the flow of magic as well as defending from harm. They are quite sturdy when it comes to close combat. While holding this staff, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your spells. When attuned to this item you gain the following benefits: Storage. This staff can store a spell of a 5th level or lower, which can be cast from staff as an action. Shields. This staff has 5 charges, and regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. You can expend 1 charge to cast absorb elements or shield as a reaction. |
