Hover pods were developed by frost demons, or possibly by one of the many races they reign over in their galactic empire, as a means of increasing one’s combat ability while still remains in their first form. The pod consists of an egg-like metallic object with a comfortable seat toward the back. They can not be bought, and are only given as gifts by high ranking frost demons. It provides half cover to the creature inside it, but you can not make melee attacks without it having the reach property.
