Weapon (longsword), very rare (major) (requires attunement)

Hermes Blade is +1 longsword blessed by the Queen of Air Akadi, that feels very light but difficult to wield.To use the sword or its properties you need at least 15 Dex score.On a hit the sword deals extra 1d6 force damage.This sword has 2 charges , you can expend 1 charge to either cast Feather Fall , gain a pair of faint ethereal feathered wings that grant flight speed of 30 ft for 1 minute as an action or cast Haste on yourself without concentration however cannot use the hasted action to hide or use an object and dropping or sheathing the blade ends this effect.The sword gains 1d2 charges per dawn.

Cursed(Jealousy of the winds) To use the blade on the first place you need to have a carved symbol of Akadi on your flesh.You cannot unequip this item from your inventory(Remove curse casted by a 7th level spell slot may break the attunement) You cannot attack with another magical weapon other than this blade.You get -1 to Charisma score and disadvantage on attack rolls against Air elementals. Disadvantage on concentration checks that require verbal component .Also you cannot cast teleportation spells like: Blink/Far step /Thunder step /Teleport...etc.(as it's an insult to the Goddess of travel Akadi) When the haste effect ends you need to make a DC 18 (DC 20 if you've expended all charges) Constitution saving throw at advantage (if you don't suffer from a condition) or gain 1 level of Exhaustion.
