You send a jolt of electricity into a creature you touch, bringing them back to health. The target gains 2d4 hit points; If the target is vulnerable to lightning damage or if the amount rolled is greater than its hit point maximum, it takes 2d4 lightning damage instead. In addition, the next successful melee weapon attack the target makes within the next 10 minutes deals an additional 2d4 lightning damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the healing increases by 2d4 and additional damage by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st.
