Weapon, Uncommon Invented in the Land of the Sky, a handheld kunai launcher is a low-tier scientific ninja tool that acts as the shinobi world's closest analog to a modern rifle. This martial ranged weapon has the two-handed, ammunition (range 100/300), and reload (30) properties, and uses kunai as ammunition. On a hit, it deals 1d4 + your Dexterity modifier piercing damage. On each attack, you may spend up to 3 additional kunai to either deal an additional 1d4 + 1 piercing damage per additional kunai, or grant the weapon the short burst (X) property, where X is the number of additional kunai spent.
