Wondrous item, Legendary (requires attunement)

This deceased dragon's head is reanimated when used, becoming a horrifying threat on the battlefield. While the head is not attached, it remains inert and inactive, unable to use any of its features. The head takes an action to attach and unattach, and you cannot wield anything with the arm the head is attached to. While attached, the head sparks to life and you gain the following features:

Dragon's Maw. The head counts as a martial melee weapon with which you are proficient. The head uses your Strength modifier for attack and damage rolls. On a hit, the head deals 2d6 piercing damage plus 1d6 fire damage.

Draconic Blaze. You can cast dragon's breath on yourself, only choosing fire for the damage type, a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.

Bear Witness! As an action, you can release a mighty blaze in a 30ft cone. Creatures in the cone must make a Dexterity saving throw with a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. On a failure, a creature takes 8d10 fire damage, or half as much on a success. A creature within 5ft of you has disadvantage on the saving throw.
