Weapon (warhammer), artifact

FOR THE HELDENHAMMER This is the weapon of the one, the only, Sigmar Heldenhammer, Chosen of Ulric and God of the empire. Once a young man who had enough of the norsemen raiding his home, Sigmar gathered the other tribes and pushed the norsemen back. During this quest, he happened upon a dwarf being assaulted by a band of orkz. Sigmar joined the melee and beat back the greenskins side-by-side with the dwarf. Afterwards, the dwarf revealed himself to be the high king of dwarves, and as a reward for helping the king, he gave Sigmar the mighty warhammer Ghal-Maraz, or Skull Splitter in English. This warhammer was made out of Gromril, a dwarven metal of extreme durability (replace with adamantine if you don't want gromril) and covered in arcane runes. Legend states that the dwarven god of smiths made the hammer personally, and the weapon was blessed by Ulric himself after Sigmar bested an enemy warlord.

Skull Splitter. The fury of Sigmar is with you. When you reduce a creature to 0 hitpoints you can split the enemy's skull causing all enemy creatures within 30ft of you to roll a wisdom save DC(8 + to hit modifier) or be frightened until the end of their next turn.

Ulric's Flame. This weapon has been blessed with Ulric's flame. As a bonus action you can lift the hammer aloft and shout the sentence "FOR THE HELDEN HAMMER" you grant allies within 60ft of you gain your prof bonus x your level temp hitpoints. you can do this up to your prof bonus times per short rest.

Evil's Bane. This weapon was made to smite at those who'd bring harm to the old world. Undead, Orcs, Fiends, and Aberrations count as being vulnerable to damage from the hammer.

Mastecrafted. This weapon was built by a dwarven god of forging. Your attack and damage rolls gain a +3 bonus, and it deals an additional 1d8 bludgeoning damage.

Summon the Elector Counts. During a long rest you can mark 13 individuals as Elector Counts. As an action you can hold the hammer aloft and shout "SUMMON THE ELECTOR COUNTS" doing so creates a large 50ft tall 50ft wide magical gate within 30ft of each elector count which leads directly to your location. (this can cross dimensions and planes of existence).
