Weapon (arrows), uncommon
Deals low freeze (cold) damage and medium freeze severity on impact. It can be used to freeze enemies, slowing them down significantly and making them more susceptible to impact damage.
- On a hit: deals +1d6 frost damage, and target must make a Constitution saving throw, with the DC being 10 +3 per Freeze Arrow HZD that has hit the creature this turn). Upon a failure, movement speed is reduced by 5 feat and -2 AC from metal armor (shields, medium and heavy armor count, the exception being hide armor) for 30 seconds.
- If movement speed is reduced to 0 this way the creature is frozen ( paralyzed ) for a minute.
