This omnivore appears as a somewhat oblong frog-like creature with dimly glowing yellow eyes, prominent blue lips, and an orange-red body. Most remarkably, a fire toadpoli swims through rivers of molten rock as easily as aquatic creatures swim through water. It is capable of regurgitating and spitting a stone-like formation from its stomach with consistency and temperature similar to lava. This is its primary attack when hunting prey; as few predators can chase it into the molten lava in which it prefers to dwell. Fire toadpoli exist naturally around and in active volcanoes, most infamously around Eldin. They seem to have somehow evolved from or be related to toadoes. |
