Final Stand can be cast either as an action, or as a reaction to a fatal injury.
Upon activation, gain full HP back, +50 temporary hit points, And all spell slots below 7th level are restored Also gain the following benefits:
- +10 to Constitution, Strength, and Dexterity
- Gain proficiency in all saving throws
- Gain Advantage on all weapon attack rolls and spell attack rolls
- +8 to AC
- Gain resistance to all non-magical weapon attacks
- Weapon attacks count as magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances
- Unable to cast spells above 6th level, but all spells cast are upcast at 9th level if applicable
- Gain resistance to all physical damage types
- Gain resistance to all elemental damage types
Upon this spell ending, the caster of the spell dies. Death upon the ending of this spell is unable to be prevented, and the body of the caster turns to ash, unable to be recovered even by a wish spell. Not only this, but the spell also irreparably damages the casters soul, causing the following disadvantages should the caster ever manage to return to life:
- The caster can no longer cast 9th level spells
- The casters HP maximum is permanently reduced by half
- A permanent -4 to constitution
