Falcane (5e Equipment)

Staff, uncommon
This wooden staff features on one end the carved visage of a falcon. While wielding the staff, you can use your action to speak the command word, thereby summoning a falcon into an adjacent unoccupied space. The falcon understands and obeys your commands to the best of its ability. If you don't issue any commands to it, it defends you and itself from hostile creatures, but otherwise takes no actions. The falcon acts on your initiative, during your turn. At the start of your next turn, the falcon disappears from reality in a poof of smoke and feathers.
