Wondrous item, Legendary

The Eye of Sheerian is named after the Tzeentchian Sorcerer who discovered it. Although on its own it grants the bearer prophetic powers, when placed in the Crown of Domination its prophetic powers can be used to their true ability to allow the bearer to predict and avoid the attacks of the enemy. It lies in a massive treasure hoard guarded by an ancient fire dragon named Flamefang

Past. the eye gives you sight into what was... As an action you gaze into the past of an item, location, or person, doing so on an object allows to see the beginning of the object's creation, how it's created and every important event within the objects time. when used on a location you view every important event that's happened there within 10 miles, when used on a person you peer into their entire life up to the current point in time. if you have a particular event in mind when looking into the past you may peer at that event.

Present. While attuned to the eye your intelligence score and its maximum grow by +4 attacks cannot gain advantage against you. you add your int mod to your ac.

Future. During a short rest roll 2d20 record the results then as a reaction when you or a creature would make a roll you can then swap what would be the result with one of your recorded numbers then keep what they would've rolled as one of your numbers. (ex. your ally is about to attack an orc you swap his roll with a nat 20 you rolled during the short rest grant them a critical success they still roll the attack and roll a natural 1 you keep the 1 as one of your numbers.).

Union of Doom. When combined with the crown of domination you gain +8 to your Intelligence and Charisma scores and their maximums. Creatures always roll with disadvantage against you and while in combat your rolls are always made with advantage
