When your devil character gains a class utility power after 1st level, you can forgo taking a power granted to you by your class. Instead you gain a devil utility power of the same level or lower.
These powers can be taken by the following races:
|Devil Utility 2
|You raise your claw and summon a small globe of scintillating fire.
|Effect: You produce flames in one or both of your empty hands, which last until you dismiss them with a free action or you are knocked unconscious. It sheds dim or bright light to a radius of 5 squares. In addition, whilst in effect, your unarmed or claw attacks cause fire damage.
|Devil Utility 6
|A writhing stream of smoke billows out from the campfire, choking the bandits in an obscuring cloud.
|Area burst 1 within 20 squares
| Target: One fire source
|Effect: The burst creates a zone of sulfuric smoke until the end of your next turn. Squares in the zone are heavily obscured and block line of sight. Creatures that start their turn in the zone or move into it suffer a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
|Devil Utility 16
|With a flourish of flame, you vanish and reappear elsewhere, leaving a pentangle scorched into the ground.
|Effect: You teleport up to your speed.
