Blood Frenzy. The desbreko has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.

Necromatic Nexus. At the start of its turn, the desbreko magically summons a skullfish. When the desbreko dies, all its summoned skullfish drop to 0 hit points.

Schooling. If the desbreko is adjacent to an ally with a swim speed, attacks against it have disadvantage.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The desbreko makes three bite attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage.

A desbreko is a foul fish given life again by necromantic magics, the desbreko mimics the schooling patterns of living fish. While the desbreko often calls the aid of skullfish, it is not impossible for a desbreko to school with other desbreko. Given that desbrekos often clump together with others, an area of effect spell like lightning bolt or a bomb is sure to break them up. Do be careful about fighting a desbreko on land, as their skullfish can jump out of the water to harass land dwellers.
