Choose one spell of 1st level or lower that you know, and choose an amount of time that needs to pass. When that time passes, the spell is instantly cast. If it is an area of effect, it is created on the spot you cast this spell. If it targets a creature, the creature closest to the spot is targeted. For all intents and purposes, you count as the caster of this spell when iy goes off.
At Higher Levels. When cast at 3rd level or higher, the maximum spell level you can choose increases by 1 for every level above 2nd.
