When you cast this spell, you will create 2 copies of yourself that look exactly like you. These copies will act like they were you, capable of visually reproducing anything you would be able to do. When an enemy tries to target you with an attack roll or saving throw, he must first succeed on an Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, he confuses you with a copy, having them as the target instead and thus missing their attack or targeting nothing. If they used an ability that covers an area which you would still be inside of for being too close to your copies, you have advantage on the saving throw in case the creature failed their saving throw against this spell. Creatures with Truesight are not affected by this aspect of the spell.
Additionally, your copies can also inflict damage on creatures, as they will copy your every move when in your turn, including attacks and spells you cast. When you cause damage to a creature while this spell is active, they need to succeed on an Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, they will take 5d6 psychic damage, and half as much on a success. You can only inflict damage this way twice to the same creature per round. The creature suffering this will understand the damage they've taken as an appropriate type to what your copy did (example: if you used the fireball spell, your copy would also throw a fireball, therefore the creature would think and feel as if they received fire damage despite actually being psychic).
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, you create 1 additional copy of yourself for every two slot levels spent above 5th. This allows you to inflict the psychic damage to the same creature one additional time per round.
