  You shoot a medium-hovering skeleton hand that if you are near it radiates cold air but they take no damage, but if the spell hits, they have to make a 15 DEX saving throw or be grappled by the skeleton for one round and be squished and take 5D6 cold and bludging damage and movement speed is reduced to half but if they beat it they take half and is not grappled for a round nor movement speed is reduced

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher they take 1d6 extra damage per level higher than the original level the spell was casted at
