Wondrous Item (helmet), artifact (requires attunement)

A relic of a god who once wielded light and stole the hearts of men. Some of that god's power still lingers within this circlet of pure, unfiltered, unalloyed golden light, which may allow one who wears it to tap into what remains.
Random Properties. The Circlet of Light has the following random properties:

  • 3 minor beneficial properties
  • 1 minor detrimental property

Magnifier of Light. While you are attuned to the circlet of light, Light spells you cast intensify in power, gaining a +2 bonus to your spellcasting modifier when casting these kinds of spells.

Crown of Charms. The circlet of light holds up to 3 charges. While you are attuned to it, you may expend a charge to cast the power word charm with it as an action. All expended charges regenerate daily at noon.

Destroying the Circlet of Light. This circlet of pure holiness came into the world already fading away. Unless destroyed prematurely by divine intervention, it will eventually cease to exist within 1d10 centuries of its creation.
