You snap your fingers and the sky becomes bright as a heavenly choir sounds and begins an awesome song of destruction. When you cast this spell and as an action an each of your subsequent turns until the spell ends, you can choose any number of creatures you can see within range. Each creature that can hear you must make a Wisdom saving throw. You can't target a creature again if it has succeeded on a saving throw against this casting of Chorus of Destruction. A creature takes 2d6 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
