Chaos Card (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, legendary

This card shows an image of a disembodied head vomiting blood. As an action, you can throw the card up to 20 feet towards a target of your choice. If this target is a creature, you make a ranged attack against it, treating the card as an improvised weapon; otherwise, you automatically hit. On a hit, the target is instantly destroyed; a creature dies and its body crumbles to dust, and a nonmagical object or creation of magical force disintegrates, as with the spell disintegrate. The card then loses its magic, but regains it in a century.
