Bolt of Time (5e Spell)

You send out a ball of time to a creature within range and try to manipulate its cognitive function. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 force damage, and can't take a bonus action until the end of its next turn.
This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
