Wondrous item, uncommon This bite-sized blue mushroom seems to sparkle slightly in the light, and has a sickeningly sweet taste. When eaten, you regain 1d6 hit points. For 1d20 minutes, you deal 1d4 additional force damage on successful spell attacks and have your speed reduced by 10 feet. During this time, you have a mild fever, and your sweat becomes notably iridescent and blue.
