Wondrous item, uncommon (major) (requires attunement)
This stone skeleton has two strands of thread running through its sockets.
The first time each turn you deal piercing damage with a weapon; the target has to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they become poisoned for 1 minute. Whenever the creature's turn ends, it makes a new saving throw, and on a success becomes no longer poisoned.
