Weapon (any axe), uncommon, rare, or very rare (requires attunement) An ugly looking axe forged by Harlok, orc god of blacksmiths, that burns with a hatred of those who wield magic. Slayer of Wizards. This magic axe has one (uncommon), two (rare) or all three (very rare) of the following effects: Attacks with this weapon ignore AC bonuses and damage resistance and immunity granted by spells or magic items. When you hit a creature that is concentrating with this magic weapon, the creature has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws it makes to maintain concentration until the end of its next turn. When you hit a creature with this magic weapon, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be unable to cast spells until the end of their next turn.
