Slayer of Wizards. This magic axe has 1 (uncommon), 2 (rare) or 3 (very rare) of the following effects: Attacks with this weapon ignore AC, resistance or immunity granted by spells or magic equipment. Targets automatically fail concentration checks when hit by this weapon. On a hit, the target must succeed a 14 DC Strength saving throw or be unable to cast spells until the end of their next turn.
