Ashen Armor, Variant (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Armor (breastplate), artifact (requires attunement)
Forged by a mutant minotaur in the Ashen Cape, these battered pieces of charred black armor feel cruel and wrong no matter where they lie. This suit of armor consists of six pieces--a helm, amulet, breastplate, leggings, gauntlets, and boots--that function as a single magic item when worn together. You become attuned to the set of armor as a single item.
-
Helm: While wearing this ashen helm you gain a +1 bonus to AC, your hit point maximum increases by 10, and become immune to thunder damage and the stunned condition.
Amulet: While wearing this ashen amulet your hit point maximum increases by 10, and become immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition.
Breastplate: This breastplate functions as a set of breastplate armor. While wearing this ashen breastplate you gain a +1 bonus to AC, your hit point maximum increases by 10, and become immune to cold damage and the paralyzed condition.
Gauntlets: While wearing these ashen gauntlets you gain a +1 bonus to AC, your hit point maximum increases by 10, and become immune to acid damage and the incapacitated condition.
Leggings: While wearing these ashen leggings you gain a +1 bonus to AC, your hit point maximum increases by 10 and you become immune to fire damage and you can't be knocked prone. Additionally, you can also spend 5 feet of movement to automatically escape from nonmagical restraints, such as manacles or a creature that has you grappled.
Boots: While wearing these ashen boots you gain a +1 bonus to AC, your hit point maximum increases by 10 and you become immune to lightning damage and the restrained condition.

Destroying the Ashen Armor. Each piece of the Ashen Armor must be destroyed independently by being smashed to pieces with the Axe of the Minotaur Kings by a creature wearing the Mantle of the Minotaur Kings. If any piece of this armor set is destroyed it stops functioning as a single magic item and each remaining individual piece of armor requires attunement to gain its benefits until the full set is restored.
